Jessica Penney

Jessica Penney has several years of work experience in various educational and leadership roles. Jessica started their career as a Sailing Instructor and Unit Counselor at the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts from August 2012 to August 2014. Then, they worked as a Honors Program Assistant at the University of Delaware Honors Program from April 2015 to May 2016. Jessica also served as an ArtsBridge Scholar at ArtsBridge in 2015. Jessica then worked as a Substitute Teacher at the Acton Boxborough Regional School District starting in December 2014. After that, they worked as a Student Teacher at P.S. duPont Middle School in 2016 and at Warner Elementary in 2017. In addition, they took on the role of Sailing Director at the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts in June 2016.

Jessica Penney completed their high school education at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School from 2009 to 2013. Jessica then went on to pursue an Honors BS degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Middle School English at the University of Delaware, graduating in 2017.
