Bianka Kuhn-Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors. Bianka is currently the Head of Girl Experience at Girlguiding, where they oversee the creation and implementation of non-formal activities and adventure-based opportunities for girls and young women aged 4-18. Bianka has worked with diverse client groups, including individuals with learning disabilities and those with a diagnosis of personality disorder. Additionally, Bianka has lectured on Dramatherapy at NUI Maynooth and has worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at CPL Managed Services. Bianka also has experience in customer service and account management roles.

Bianka Kuhn-Thompson earned their undergraduate degree in Theatre, with a BA Hons 2.1, from Falmouth University in 2002. Bianka furthered their education at Rose Bruford College, where they completed a Foundation Course in Theatre from 1998 to 1999. Bianka then pursued their passion for Dramatherapy at Maynooth University, graduating with an M.A. 1st Class Honours in 2010. Additionally, they received a Postgraduate Certificate in Consulting and Leading: Psychodynamic approaches from Tavistock and Portman, although the exact dates for this qualification are not provided.
