Girls Leadership teaches girls how to exercise the power of their voice through programs grounded in social-emotional learning. We provide programs for girls, workshops for families, and professional development training for teachers, guidance counselors, and non-profit staff.

We center gender and racial equity in our work to address the internal and external barriers to leadership development.

Our work is structured around four central values: Authentic Communication, Courageous Growth, Equity, and Play.

The Education Team at Girls Leadership is responsible for designing and delivering programs that teach girls and non-binary youth how to harness the power of their voice. This team leads interactive workshops for girls and their families, provides professional development for teachers and staff, and ensures that the content is inclusive, addressing both gender and racial equity.
