Sandy Reimer-Highfill

Sandy Reimer-Highfill is Director of Administrative Services at GIS Surveyors Inc. She works cross-functionally as human resources manager, office management for facilities in California and Washington, and supports accounting, marketing, and IT. Sandy develops and implements team key performance indicators, company healthcare, and safety protocols, and company-wide processes to ensure knowledge retention as the company grows.

Sandy has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Previous employers include Quality Built, where she managed risk management in construction. She is an ISO 9001 representative and qualified internal auditor. In addition, she oversees GIS Surveyors, Inc.’s philanthropic activities, such as the annual Warrior Built Golf Tournament, which benefits the lives of America’s combat veterans.
