Victoria Nikitina

Victoria Nikitina has a diverse work experience in the beauty industry. Victoria is currently working at Gisou by Negin Mirsalehi as the Commercial Director for Europe & UK. Prior to this, they held the position of International Marketing Director for Issey Miyake Parfums at SHISEIDO and International Retail Marketing Director for Dolce&Gabbana Beauty. Victoria also worked at L'OREAL, where they held various roles including Group Manager for Travel Retail EMEA, International Product Manager for Lancôme Skincare, and Operational Marketing Manager for several luxury brands. Before their time at L'OREAL, they worked at DANONE as a Brand Manager and Product Manager in the infant milk category.

Victoria Nikitina completed their Masters in Economics with a specialization in International marketing from the National University of Food Technologies from 2002 to 2007. In 2021 and 2022, they pursued a course in Digital marketing leadership at Squared Online.
