Frédérique Lambrakis-Haddad

Frédérique Lambrakis-Haddad is an author and the Co-Founder of Flourish Mentors, a charity that helps young women with mental health and wellbeing in the Brighton and Hove area. Frédérique is also a Trauma Therapist, Trainer, and Specialist at various organizations, leading seminars and initiatives in mental health and trauma. Lambrakis-Haddad has a diverse educational background, including degrees in Clinical Social Work, International Relations, and Political Science. Frédérique is currently pursuing a certificate in Coaching and Mentoring.
