Chang Duong has held various roles in different companies. In 2019, they worked at Gjensidige as the Head of Distribution - Business Development, focusing on improving the company's distribution strategy and implementing agile thinking. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Arthur D. Little as a Strategy Consultant. Prior to that, they spent five years at Accenture, starting as a Strategy Consultant in 2011 and eventually becoming a Strategy Manager from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, in 2009, Chang Duong acquired a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Handelshøyskolen ved UiA / School of Business and Law, University of Agder. As for certifications, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certifications from Accenture in 2015. Chang also holds additional certifications in Artificial Intelligence Foundations, PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner, and an Energy and Finance certificate from HEC Paris. Furthermore, in 2009, they became a Fitness Instructor certified by the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences (NIH).
