Janne Flessum

Janne Flessum has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. They started their career as an Auditor at PwC in 1996 and then worked as a Financial Advisor at Nordea from 1998 to 2001. From 2001 to 2011, they served as a Portfolio Manager and Investment Analyst at Orkla ASA. In 2011, they joined Gjensidige and held positions such as Head of Investor Relations and Head of M&A and Capital Management until 2018. They then transitioned to the role of EVP Communication and Shared Services from 2018 to 2021, followed by positions as EVP People, Strategy and Communication, EVP Analytics, Product and Price, and EVP Strategy and Group Development. In addition to their work at Gjensidige, they have served on the Boards of various organizations, including AksjeNorge, NIRF, Ungt Entreprenørskap Norge, and as Chair of the Board of Directors at ADB Gjensidige and Gjensidige Mobility Group.

Janne Flessum obtained a Siv.øk. degree in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School, completing the program from 1992 to 1996.
