Chris is the Director of Talent at Gladly and leads a team of 4. Chris is responsible for Hiring, Talent Branding, Recruiting Operations, Candidate Experience, and Talent Programs.

Chris' personal experience spans over 15 years in full-cycle recruiting in the US and UK. Throughout his career, he helped various Enterprise and Consumer-focused companies from early start-ups to global organizations to scale their teams for the next level of growth. Chris loves to build great customer experiences, embrace and promote cultures of diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and instill values of trust, integrity, and team collaboration to deliver great results.

Chris enjoy the operations side too, whether it's helping to improve the hiring process efficiency, quality of hires, or hiring team engagement. He specialty is building out new teams and business units from scratch, whilst helping define a successful and scalable hiring plan and strategy.
