Kimberly McKellar has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on sales and customer success. Kimberly currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at Gladly, where they are responsible for renewals, customer retention, and identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Prior to joining Gladly, Kimberly spent four years at Zephyr Health as the Sr. Director of Customer Success, where they led the implementation, support, and customer engagement manager teams. Kimberly has also held various sales positions at Merck, where they were eventually appointed Regional Lead for strategic business planning. Throughout their career, Kimberly has been recognized for their ability to build strong relationships with customers and their dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Kimberly McKellar's educational career began with the Women Unlimited LEAD Program. Kimberly then went on to earn their Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz in Science, Technology and Society.
