Lauren Polkow

Lauren Polkow is the Senior Director of Product at Glassdoor. Lauren has over ten years of experience in product development and management. Lauren has a proven track record of building and executing technology roadmaps that have transformed the offerings of their previous companies.

At OfficeLuv, Lauren led the product and development team, building and executing the technology roadmap that transformed OfficeLuv’s offering to a tech-enabled service. Lauren also created and drove development for products that enable connectivity and engagement across 3 different user bases. In order to support this business model, Lauren built an integrated family of communication and ecommerce products that drove improved customer engagement, spend, and NPS. Additionally, they orchestrated the centralization of OfficeLuv’s data to improve accessibility and accuracy of company and product data.

Before OfficeLuv, Lauren was at Relativity where they transformed the product and design team, brought a design thinking mindset to the forefront of the company and product strategy, developed a minimum viable product for two new critical products, led a team of PMs focused on all areas of the business, redefined customer interactions at tradeshows and conferences, and inspired new methods for customer learning.

Lauren Polkow's educational career includes a MA in Information Systems from DePaul University, a BA in Art Lauren'story and English from Emory University, and certification from Relativity in RCA. Lauren is currently an Art Lauren'story Fellow at Northwestern University.
