Jack Xie

Jack Xie has extensive work experience in pharmaceutical research and development, particularly in the field of drug delivery systems and product formulations. Jack spent 14 years at Allergan in various R&D departments, gaining a strong background in small molecules and macro molecules drug delivery product development. In 2016, Jack joined Glaukos Corporation as a Principal Scientist and CMC project leader responsible for the development of retinal drug delivery systems and product formulations. Jack has demonstrated expertise in formulation development, stability studies, analytical method development, manufacturing process development, and GLP and GMP manufacture of drug delivery products. Jack also held the position of Senior Scientist at Glaukos Corporation.

Jack Xie attended South Dakota State University from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Analytical Chemistry. Jack then moved on to Illinois Institute of Technology, where they pursued dual degrees. From 1990 to 1993, they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering. During the same period, they also earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemical Engineering.
