Caitlen Dawson-Smith

Caitlen Dawson-Smith has a solid background in laboratory operations and quality assurance, currently serving as Director of Laboratory Operations and previously holding roles such as Sterility Assurance Programme Lead and Quality Systems & Compliance Manager at GSK. With experience as a Technical Microbiology Graduate and Microbiology Associate, Caitlen has developed expertise in microbiological processes. Additionally, Caitlen worked as a Materials Analyst at GlaxoSmithKline, contributing to the understanding of materials in laboratory settings. Caitlen holds a degree in Medical Microbiology from the University of Leeds, completed in 2013, and attended Tanglin Trust School from 2008 to 2010.
