Tricia Monteith

Tricia Monteith has over two decades of experience in quality assurance and operational excellence within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Quality Assurance at GSK since April 2000, Tricia has held various leadership roles focused on strategic direction and project management across global and local initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency and product quality in both Primary and Secondary Pharma manufacturing as well as Consumer Health supply chains. Prior to GSK, Tricia spent six years at Great Lakes Chemical Corporation in multiple positions, including European Six Sigma Manager and Senior Process Development Chemist. Tricia holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Organic Chemistry from The University of Manchester and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry from the University of Glasgow.
