Mark Starnes is the Regional Director at GLC Business Services. Mark has over 20 years of experience in management and operations, with a focus on customer service excellence. Prior to their current position, Mark was the Area Service Leader for Region 2 at Novitex Enterprise Solutions (formerly Pitney Bowes Management Services). In this role, they were responsible for managing operations for 40+ accounts, including financials, HR, equipment, and client engagement. Mark has also served as the Area Operations Manager at Pitney Bowes Management Services and as a Planning Specialist at Texas Direct Inc. Mark began their career as an Imagery Interpreter for the United States Air Force. Mark is committed to providing outstanding service to their customers and values relationships.

Mark Starnes has earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Executive Master of Business Administration from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas. Mark also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from LeTourneau University, where they majored in business administration. Prior to their collegiate studies, Starnes completed their general education at Gladewater High School.

They are on a team with Thomas Moore - Regional Director, John Brokaw - Director, Records, and Jose Lopez - Regional Director. Mark Starnes reports to Michael Hayes, CEO.
