Brad Young

Brad Young has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as General Manager Supply Chain and Operations Australasia at Glen Dimplex since October 2018. Responsibilities include overseeing integrated business planning, demand and supply planning across multiple business units, and managing logistics and distribution networks. Significant previous roles include Associate Director of Supply Chain at Kao Asia & Oceania, and various supply chain director positions at L'Oréal. Brad Young's career began with the Australian Army, where multiple officer roles provided a strong foundation in logistics and operational management. Education includes an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from RMIT University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Southern Cross University.
