Chef Greg Fountain Sr. currently serves as the Executive Chef at Glen Kernan Golf & Country Club since May 2022, overseeing all aspects of food production and quality control for the restaurant, catering events, inventory management, and staff training. Previously, Chef Fountain worked as an Executive Sous Chef at Tallahassee Leon County Civic from October 2003 to April 2011, where responsibilities included food production for a variety of high-profile events. Chef Fountain holds an Associate of Arts degree in Hotel, Catering, and Tourism from The Bahamas Hotel Training College and pursued further education at Florida International University.
