Angela Lipke

Angela Lipke has a wide range of work experience in various industries. Angela started their career at Jefferson Pilot Financial, where they served as the Manager of Rehabilitation Services. During their time there, they developed and implemented a disability management program, resulting in significant cost savings.

Angela then worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Merck, promoting various medications to healthcare professionals. Angela was responsible for data analytics, reporting, and coordinating physician education programs.

Next, they joined Advanced Home Care as the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing. Angela led a sales team and focused on home health services, infusion therapy, and durable medical equipment. Angela's efforts were recognized with the HME Excellence Award.

Later, Angela worked at BCBSNC as a Sr. Healthcare Consultant/Manager in Healthcare Consulting. Angela collaborated with sales and marketing teams as well as external clients to develop customized strategies to improve the health and wellness of client group members.

Angela then became the Vice President of Account Management at American Well, where they led the employer segment account management team. Angela developed strategic partnerships and presented business cases to senior executives to expand telemedicine strategies for clients.

After that, Angela started their own company, Occupational Partners, LLC, where they served as the President/Owner from 2005 to 2020.

Currently, Angela works at Glen Raven as the Director of Health & Wellness. Angela provides leadership and strategic oversight of all health and wellness benefit programs and collaborates with internal HR partners, business unit leaders, and the executive team. Angela also creates and executes department operating plans for operational efficiency.

Angela Lipke obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Le Moyne College, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Angela then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Rehabilitation Counseling from Syracuse University, completing their studies from 1991 to 1993. Angela also holds additional certifications in various fields. In 1994, they became a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor through the CRCC (Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification). In 1997, they obtained the Certified Disability Management Specialist certification from the Certification of Disability Management Specialists Commission, as well as the Certified Case Manager certification from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC). Angela has not provided specific information about their obtained month or year for the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI. Angela attended Cicero North-Syracuse, but the duration and degree obtained are unknown.
