Adebimpe is a self-motivated professional with over 15 years’ experience across multiple customer-facing and service-focused roles. She is adept at leading teams to deliver excellent customer experience by maximising the service delivery potential of individuals and teams while enhancing utilization of the capabilities of service delivery platforms and processes.

As Head, Customer Service at Accelerex Nigeria, Adebimpe leads the definition and execution of the Customer Experience Strategy grounded in the organization’s brand proposition and knowledge of customer needs. Prior to joining Accelerex, She had garnered banking experience across three Nigerian Banks over a period of 10 years in Customer Service, with stints in Operational Process Improvement and Change Management. She moved to the power sector in 2018 and led teams in Corporate Communications, Energy Audit & Monitoring and Performance Monitoring for Commercial Loss Reduction.

A compelling public speaker, Adebimpe is passionate about Role Modelling and Character-Education for Children and has co-authored a Leadership and Character Development book for children. She holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from the University of Ibadan and an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University.
