Andrea Lema

Andrea Lema is a Global Waste Picker Support Coordinator at GAIA, with experience in founding and directing Fundación PlastiCo. Andrea has also served as a Consultant at Academia Basura Cero LAC and as Executive Coordinator for Alianza Basura Cero Ecuador at Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar. Additionally, Andrea has worked as an Advisor for the Ecosystem Restoration Linkage Project at Universidad San Francisco de Quito and as the Owner/Administrator of Suyana Zero Waste. Andrea has a background in environmental consulting and research, with a Master's degree in Environment and Sustainable Development from UCL.
