Valentina Oldrati has a diverse range of work experience. Valentina started their career as a Film Production Assistant at Myro Communications in 2011. Valentina then worked as a Translator and Business Development Assistant at Digital Computer Services from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they interned as a DITALS intern and Professor of Italian as a Second Language at Scuola Leonardo da Vinci Milano. From 2013 to 2018, they were a Ph.D. Researcher and Teaching Assistant at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. During this time, they also served as an Editorial Board Member at www.ereticopedia.org in 2013 and www.archivodelafrontera.com in 2014.

In 2019, Valentina worked as a Content Marketing professional at Bizneo HR, and concurrently served as a Freelance Content Writer. Valentina also became the Newsletter Editor at APH Association for Political History in the same year. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Instructional Designer and Team Leader at Global Alumni, and then transitioned to the role of Instructional Designer at the same company until 2021. Valentina's most recent role was as a Senior Instructional Designer and Team Leader at Global Alumni, which started in October 2021.

Valentina Oldrati has a strong educational background in history and language studies. Valentina obtained their Bachelor's degree in History from the Università degli Studi di Milano in 2006, followed by a Master's degree in History from the same institution in 2009. During their Bachelor's studies, they also had the opportunity to study abroad as an Erasmus Scholar at the Universidad de León in 2004-2005.

Valentina then pursued further academic achievements by completing a Master of Arts degree in Early Modern History from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2010. Valentina continued their studies at the same university and earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Early Modern History in 2018. Valentina'sresearch during this time focused on this particular historical period.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Valentina has taken various language courses. Valentina studied Arabic at Casa Árabe - Centro de Lengua Árabe in Madrid from 2014 to 2017. Valentina further enhanced their proficiency in the Arabic language by attending the Saifi Institute for Arabic Language in 2018. Moreover, Valentina obtained a certification in DELE SUPERIOR from the Instituto Cervantes in 2007, which demonstrates their advanced Spanish language skills.

Valentina also has certifications in instructional design and computer skills. Valentina completed Instructional Design Foundations and Applications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2022, showcasing their expertise in designing effective learning experiences. Additionally, they obtained the European Computer Driving License (ECDL) start level in 2003.

To broaden their skill set, Valentina pursued a short-term program in Leadership & Innovation at MIT Professional Education in 2021, indicative of their commitment to personal and professional growth.
