Alex Ng

Alex Ng has over 19 years of experience in various roles within the technology and telecommunications industry. Alex currently serves as the Business Development Director at Global Cloud Xchange, where they specialize in cloud-centric connectivity and network services. Prior to this, Alex worked as the Regional Sales Director & BD at Zenlayer, where they were responsible for revenue and TCV for enterprise and partner accounts in emerging markets. Alex has also held roles at CBC Tech, Tata Communications, T-Systems, SingTel, Fujitsu, Bescom Computer Systems, and Matsushita Graphic Communication System, where they gained expertise in areas such as international partner alliance, customer experience, service delivery management, and project and transformation management. Alex has a strong track record of driving partnerships, negotiating contracts, and delivering successful projects.

Alex Ng attended Nottingham Trent University from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Mechatronics. In 2006, they enrolled in Oxford Brookes University, completing a Bachelor of Science (Hon) in Computing and Information Systems. During the same period, they also studied at Informatics IT School, earning a Professional Diploma in Information Systems. In July 2023, they obtained a certification titled "Artificial Intelligence Case Studies in Different Business Industries" from LinkedIn.
