Vishal Singh

Vishal Singh has extensive work experience in various roles within the telecommunications industry. Vishal began their career in 2002 as a Medical Transcriptionist at Medisoft technologies pvt ltd, where they handled petty cash and sales cash. In 2006, they joined EXL Services Pvt Ltd as a Senior Executive, responsible for generating bills, data billing, and reconciliation of circuits and customer consumption. In 2008, they joined Tata Communications as a Senior Lead, where they were involved in new product rollouts, procurement, vendor management, inter-company contract management, and defining service level agreements. Vishal also served as an Assistant Manager, overseeing special projects and as a Senior Executive in India Billing. In 2018, they joined ST Telemedia as a Senior Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director Billing Operations at Global Cloud Xchange, starting in 2022.

Vishal Singh pursued their Bachelor of Commerce degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1996 to 1999. During this time, they focused on various subjects such as Accounts, Sales and Marketing, and Economics.

Later, from 2011 to 2014, Vishal enrolled at the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a specialization in Finance.
