Christian Trautwein is a seasoned professional in business operations and strategy, currently leading commercial operations for Shopify Markets Pro at Global-e since August 2023. Previously, Christian held the position of Senior Manager in Strategy & Operations at Zocdoc, directing the SMB Provider Business Unit from November 2021 to April 2023. Prior experience includes managing marketplace strategy and operations at Newell Brands, serving as a growth consultant at Out East, and various roles at Walmart eCommerce, including Category Manager for Walmart.com and FP&A for Bonobos. Christian began the career as an Omni-Channel Assistant Planner at Macy's, Inc. Christian holds a degree in Political Science & Economics from Brown University and an MBA with a double concentration in Marketing and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business.
