Natalia Fernandez

Natalia is part of the engineering team at Global Fishing Watch. As QA Engineer she is in charge of designing test cases, providing effective test automation solutions, and advising on quality assurance strategies throughout the full software development cycle. She’s a computer science engineer who has previously worked in software factory applying agile methodologies and guiding the company’s QA area. She enjoys working with remote teams, new languages, paradigms, and methodologies.

Natalia takes part in an NGO where they teach and include girls in technology, to visualize and empower women in the IT industry. Her favorite hobby is visiting the penguin colonies in Patagonia Argentina and taking photos of the Magellanic penguins.
