Lisa Davidson, CCS, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Culinary Innovation for QSR+ and oversees Round Table Pizza and Fazoli's at FAT Brands Inc. since December 2022. Prior to this role, Lisa held the position of Director of Culinary Innovation for Round Table Pizza at FAT Brands since July 2021. Experience includes serving as Director of Product Development at Global Franchise Group (GFG Management, LLC) from September 2017 and previously at Round Table Pizza from March 2015 to September 2017. Lisa worked as Sr. R&D Chef at Safeway from June 2010 to February 2015 and as Sr. Culinary Manager at Daymon Worldwide from February 2008 to May 2010. Lisa's career began as a Sr. Food Technologist at Mattson: Innovation for the Food & Beverage Industry, a position held from May 1988 to January 2008.
