Bridget Michaels

Coordinator, Community Support, RARE-X at Global Genes

Bridget Michaels is a dedicated professional with a background in community engagement and genetic counseling. Currently serving as a Community Engagement Associate and Community Support Coordinator for the RARE-X Research Program at Global Genes since June 2023, Bridget previously gained experience as a Genetic Counselor Assistant at the Kennedy Krieger Institute from August 2020 to June 2023. Prior to that, Bridget worked as a Program Assistant for the Children's Program and Communications Center at the Family Crisis Center of Baltimore County from August 2019 to July 2020. Bridget holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Dickinson College, completed in 2019, and attended Mercy High School in Baltimore from 2011 to 2015.
