Indrani Ghosh

Indrani Ghosh has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Indrani began their career at IBM Daksh in 2001 as a Senior Executive. After working with IBM Daksh for four years, they joined Adecco India in 2005 as a Consultant. In 2007, they became a Principal Consultant at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group. Following their time at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, Indrani joined Indiahomes.com in 2011 as an Assistant General Manager. In 2014, they transitioned to Global Growth IOC, where they held various roles, including Head Organization Development, Chief Human Resources Officer, and currently serves as the Country Head IOC. Indrani's work experience showcases their expertise in human resources, organization development, and leadership.

Indrani Ghosh has a diverse education history. Indrani obtained a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur, a Diploma in training and development from The Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), a B.com (Hons) degree in Commerce from Delhi University, and completed their XII in the Commerce Stream at Delhi Public School - Noida.

In addition to their formal education, Indrani Ghosh has also obtained several certifications. Indrani is a Certified Analyst in the Culture Index Survey from Culture Index, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from QAI, a Certified OD Developer, and a Certified OD Analyst from Carlton Advanced Management Institute. Indrani is also an Accredited Practitioner in FIRO-B and MBTI - Step 1 & 2 from CPP, Inc. Furthermore, Indrani Ghosh has completed a Coach for Life program accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) from OD Alternatives (ODA).
