Thierry Vircoulon

Thierry Vircoulon is currently working as a Senior Consultant at a consulting company since January 2016. thierry also holds the position of Coordinator of the Observatory on Central and Southern Africa at Ifri since the same year. In addition, thierry serves as an Expert at two organizations focused on combating transnational organized crime. Prior to their current roles, thierry was the Director for Central Africa at the International Crisis Group from 2010 to 2015. Thierry Vircoulon has a DEA in Political Science and Government from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Diplôme du service public in Political Science and Government from Sciences Po.
