Javier Mora MacIas

Javier Mora Macias is a Postdoctoral Associate at the Global Institute for Food Security. Javier previously worked as a Research Assistant at REVERDECE, where they contributed to projects involving orchids, blueberries, and seed certification. Javier holds a high school diploma in Forest Management/Forest Resources Management from Forestry School (CECFOR), a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo (Faculty of Agriculture), a Master's degree in Plant Biotechnology from CINVESTAV-IPN, and a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Plant Biotechnology also from CINVESTAV-IPN.
