Doug Mathews has over 30 years of work experience, primarily at US Foods, Inc. Doug started at US Foods, Inc. in 1990 as a Metro Territory Manager, where they managed outside sales and won a top territory manager contest. From 1993 to 1997, they worked as a Customer Service Supervisor, overseeing five representatives and maintaining key account management for up to 30 accounts. In 1998, they transitioned to the role of Healthcare Sales Coordinator, where they worked on sales issues with dietary customers and served as a liaison between outside sales and operational associates. In 1998, they also became a Credit Manager at US Foods, Inc., responsible for risk assessments, financial reporting, and account reconciliations. Doug held this position until 2016. In 2017, they joined Global Partners LP as the Director of Credit.

Doug Mathews attended Lynnfield High School in Lynnfield, MA, where they obtained their high school diploma. After completing high school, they enrolled at Northeastern University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
