Karen Collins

Karen Collins is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resource management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Global Shares since July 2018, Karen previously held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior roles include a contract position in Talent Acquisition at VMware and IT Recruitment Consultant roles at both Collins McNicholas Recruitment & HR Services Group and Cpl Jobs Ireland. Karen's early career included experience in inside sales at N-able by Solarwinds and sales and marketing at Appco Group. Academically, Karen holds a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from University College Cork, alongside a Master’s degree in U.S. Foreign Policy and Contemporary History and a Bachelor’s degree in Joint Honours History and Archaeology, all obtained from the same institution.
