Ellen Mass

In her role as Vice President of Human Resources, Ellen supports SHI's vibrant global community by listening to and learning from employees to celebrate successes, influence positive action, and generate impactful change. With a focus on the Employee Experience as both an employee and a leader, Ellen's involvement has ensured SHI's Employee Resource Groups and Committees have thrived, offering inclusive spaces to celebrate and empower a diverse workforce.

Ellen began working at SHI in 1996, and has held leadership roles in Human Resources, Sales Support, Project Management, Recruiting, and Operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Rutgers University.
