Nicholas Moore Eisenberger

Nicholas Moore Eisenberger has extensive experience in the fields of sustainability, climate change, and renewable energy. Nicholas Moore is currently serving as the President of Global Thermostat, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Advisor to the Board at Global Thermostat from January 2006 to December 2021.

In 2021, Eisenberger founded and became the Chairman of the Board for the Direct Air Capture Coalition, an organization that aims to bring together global leaders from various sectors to address climate change through Direct Air Capture technology.

Eisenberger is also a Co-Founder, Board Member, and Co-Chair of the Carbon Removal Committee at CREO Syndicate since January 2011. Nicholas Moore played a key role in the establishment and growth of the Circular Carbon Network, serving as a Co-Founder since January 2017.

Additionally, Eisenberger has served as the Managing Partner of Pure Energy Partners since January 2011. Nicholas Moore was a Board Member at the American Council On Renewable Energy (ACORE) from October 2011 to October 2016. Nicholas Moore also served as the Prize Development Lead for the Carbon XPRIZE at XPRIZE, where they successfully raised $38 million for the global competition focused on carbon capture and utilization.

Before their current positions, Eisenberger was the Managing Principal at GreenOrder, a sustainability strategy and management consulting firm, from January 2005 to December 2009. Nicholas Moore played a significant role in the growth of the firm, which ultimately led to its acquisition by the LRN Corporation in October 2008.

Nicholas Moore Eisenberger has an extensive education history. Nicholas Moore began their academic journey at Harvard University, where they pursued an AB degree in Government from 1988 to 1992. While completing their undergraduate studies, Nicholas also pursued coursework in Government & Economics as well as Political Science and Government.

Nicholas Moore furthered their education at Harvard Law School from 1993 to 1996, obtaining a JD degree with a specialization in Environmental Law. During this time, Nicholas also engaged in coursework at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, focusing on Entrepreneurship from 1995 to 1996.
