Casey Soto

Casey Soto has a diverse work experience in the travel industry. They began their career at Conlin Travel in 2012 as an Online Support Specialist and worked there until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Casey served as the Director of Technology Innovation & Customer Experience at Connoisseur Travel, Ltd. Following that, they joined Flight Centre Travel Group as a Technical Implementation Manager from 2021 to 2022. Casey then worked at the U.S. Department of State as a Visa Officer for a brief period in 2022. They later moved on to FROSCH, where they served as a Product Manager, Travel Operations from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Casey is the Director of Product Management at Global Travel Collection, starting in June 2023.

Casey Soto is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Artificial Intelligence in Business Applications from the Texas McCombs School of Business, with an expected completion year of 2024. Prior to this, Casey obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland in 2024. In 2015, Casey earned a certification as a Certified Travel Advisor from the Conlin Travel Hallisey School. Additionally, Casey has obtained several certifications including Azure OpenAI: Generative AI Models from LinkedIn in 2023, 120 Hour Advanced TEFL Qualification from The TEFL Institute in 2022, Zeno Partner Certification (Wings) from Serko Ltd. in 2020, GetThere Sabre Certified Administrator from Sabre Corporation in 2020, and Concur Certified Partner from SAP Concur in 2017.
