Justus Eapen

Justus Eapen is a seasoned software engineer and product manager with extensive experience in software development and innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Product Manager at TMTG since August 2021, Justus also founded Eapen Technology in January 2018. Prior experience includes developing applications at SmartLogic from March 2017 to June 2021 and leading innovation initiatives at NorthOut, Inc. from August 2015 to August 2016. Justus was the Head of Software at Pavlok from May 2014 to July 2015, where notable achievements included inventing the "Self-Shock" habit-breaking protocol and delivering multiple applications to the app store in a short timeframe. Justus holds an educational background from West Virginia University.
