Ardalan Sotoudeh

Ardalan Sotoudeh is currently the Director of Information Technology at GUS Canada Colleges, leading IT initiatives to improve IT maturity and digital culture in line with the company's digital strategy. With extensive experience in the field, Ardalan previously worked as a Digital Transformation Consultant at UNDP, where Ardalan developed and executed digital strategies and roadmaps. Prior to that, Ardalan served as the Head of ICT unit at UNDP, overseeing digital transformation projects and implementing modern technologies to drive Business Processes Improvement. Ardalan also has experience as an IT Service Level Manager at British American Tobacco and as a Web developer/Network Security Assistant at Pars Online. Ardalan holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Tehran, along with certifications in ITIL V3 and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Hardware Engineering from Azad University.
