Sumanta Das has worked in the software engineering field since 2008. In 2010, they worked as a Consultant Technology at Calance, where they developed and customized Windows and Web-based ERP applications in different modules. In 2011, they worked as a Software Engineer at ValueFirst Messaging, where they worked on a payment solution product used for financial integration with different business institutions. In 2012, they worked as a Software Engineer at Innodata Isogen, where they initiated, developed, and optimized projects according to business requirements in the content management and data conversion domain. In 2013, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Mercer, where they worked on BenefitsAsia, a web-based flexible benefits administration tool. Finally, in 2015, they worked as a Technical Project Lead at Global Wave Group.

Sumanta Das has a Masters degree in Computer Application from UPTU, Lucknow.
