Lily Waddingham

Lily Waddingham (Webb) has over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Lily started their career as a Human Resources Apprentice at Babergh District Council, where they gained experience in recruitment and training administration. Lily then worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Swanstaff Recruitment Limited, where they managed business development and contract management. Next, they worked as an HR Administrator (Temp) at Philips Avent. Lily then joined Forrester Research as an Associate Talent Acquisition Consultant, where they supported the recruitment process for EMEA and APAC regions. Lily later became an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist and then a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Forrester, responsible for full recruitment process and project work. Currently, they are the Head of Talent Acquisition at GlobalData Plc, where they introduced and built the Talent Acquisition function.

Lily Waddingham (Webb) completed a CIPD in HRM at Acacia Learning in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they studied Business and Administration at West Suffolk College from 2008-2010. Lily attended Great Cornard Upper School from 2003-2008, but it is unclear what degree or field of study they pursued at that time.
