Emmanuel Sambuis

Emmanuel Sambuis has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Emmanuel currently holds the position of Vice President IoT at GlobalFoundries since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Silicon Labs for four years from April 2019 to May 2023 as the Executive Director and General Manager of the Consumer & Medical Business. Before that, Emmanuel held the position of Vice President & General Manager at NXP Semiconductors for three years from January 2016 to January 2019, where they played a key role in defining the product line strategy and delivering financial plans. Emmanuel also served as an Executive Director and Product Line Manager at NXP upon their acquisition of Freescale Semiconductor from April 2014 to December 2015. Emmanuel started their career at Texas Instruments in 1994, where they held various leadership positions including General Manager of the MSP430 Product Line and General Manager of the Metering Product Line. Emmanuel has a strong track record of delivering results and leading cross-functional teams.

Emmanuel Sambuis holds a Master of Sciences in Electrical Engineering in the field of Signal Processing and Microelectronics from ESIEE PARIS.
