Ian Melville

Ian Melville has extensive experience in semiconductor technology, currently serving as Director at GlobalFoundries since July 2015, where responsibilities include the development of advanced packaging solutions. Prior to this role, Ian held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at IBM from June 2008 to July 2015, leading a team focused on the development of cutting-edge semiconductor devices.
