John Lepper

John Lepper has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. John started their career at AMD in 1984, where they worked in Fab Management for almost two decades. Then, they joined Toppan Photomasks, where they held various leadership positions, including VP Worldwide Quality and VP of Planning. In these roles, they were responsible for improving market penetration, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, they led sales and service improvement teams, developed an Idea to Business process, and implemented cost reduction initiatives. After their tenure at Toppan Photomasks, John worked at ATMI as the VP of Enterprise Excellence and Quality. Most recently, they joined GLOBALFOUNDRIES as the VP of Global Quality and Analytical Labs.

John Lepper obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from St. Edward's University in 1900. In the same year, they also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Missouri Institute of Technology.
