Nisarg Patel

Nisarg Patel has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Research Intern at Kirloskar Cummins Ltd., conducting computer simulations to predict heat release rates in CI engines. From 2009 to 2011, they served as an Assistant Manager at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., where they analyzed and eliminated major rust concerns, reducing warranty recoveries by 50%. In 2012, Nisarg interned as a Supplier Management Intern at The Boeing Company, implementing a proactive operational risk monitoring process. In 2013, they became an NA Programs Engineer at Ford Motor Company, supporting new program launches. Then, in 2014, Nisarg joined SanDisk as a Demand Planning Analyst, responsible for managing retail forecasts for Latin America. Currently, they are working at GLOBALFOUNDRIES as an Analytics Lead, specializing in supply chain planning and machine learning forecasting.

Nisarg Patel obtained a Master's degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 2005 and 2009. Nisarg completed their secondary education at Navrachna Higher Secondary School. Additionally, Nisarg Patel has obtained several certifications in various fields, including Machine Learning, Python, Statistics, and Big Data.
