Jonathan González Herrera has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2013, they worked as a Market Research Analyst at Universidad La Gran Colombia, where they conducted brand perception research and analyzed data for the Social Projection Unit. From 2014 to 2015, Jonathan served as an Office Manager at the Municipality of Armenia in Colombia, where they handled administrative processes and managed contractors. In 2016, they took on the position of Global Talent Program Director/Account Manager at AIESEC en Guatemala, promoting the organization's Non-Profit Global Internship Program and managing strategic alliances with companies.
