Kavitha Panearselvan is a highly experienced legal professional with a diverse background in corporate and employment law. Currently serving as Manager, Senior Employment Counsel and APAC Counsel at Globalization Partners since November 2020, Kavitha plays a crucial role in managing employment legal matters for a fast-growing multi-national company. Prior to this position, Kavitha worked as a Legal Consultant at Amazon for a brief period and spent several years at Robert Walters (Singapore) Pte Ltd, where roles included Principal Legal Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel, contributing to the firm's international growth. Kavitha's early career included a two-year tenure as a Legal Associate at TJ Cheng Law Corporation, focusing on corporate finance and cross-border transactions. Kavitha holds an LLB Hons degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the National University of Singapore.
