Lukasz Sokolowski started their career as a Site Acquisition and Permissions Specialist at PLAY in 2006. Lukasz then joined CWT in 2007, where they held various roles including Junior Account Manager and Data Analyst, National Account Manager, Multinational Program Manager EMEA, and Senior Client Executive, Multinational EMEA. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at NielsenIQ as a Senior Client Consultant, responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with FMCG clients and implementing new business initiatives. Currently, they are employed at G-P/Globalization Partners since 2021 as a Strategic Customer Success Manager. In this role, they manage post-sales activity, develops relationships with key customers, supports revenue growth, and influences internal teams to better serve customers. Lukasz also mentors and trains new team members and supports cross-functional projects.

Lukasz Sokolowski obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie, starting in 2001 and finishing in 2004. Lukasz then pursued a Master's degree in Economics from the same institution, attending from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Lukasz has obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Open Horizon Consulting in November 2021, and various leadership and management-related certifications from LinkedIn, such as "Making Key Decisions as a Manager," "Be the Manager Who Fights for Their Team," "Leadership Mindsets," and others, obtained between 2021 and 2022.
