Chris Spencer

Chris Spencer is the Group Chief Information Security Officer at GlobalReach Technology Ltd. Chris has over 20 years of experience in IT and has held various positions in the industry.

Chris started their career in January 1990 at Nottinghamshire Enterprises as a Senior ICT Manager. In this role, they provided IT requirements to 200+ businesses in the Edwinstowe Business incubator. Chris also qualified in multiple areas and provided year 2000 consultation to the government.

During their time at Nottinghamshire Enterprises, Chris won several high achiever awards and advanced qualifications. Chris also appeared on multiple national TV programs, Radio and Government information boards. Additionally, they gave multiple high-level Technology speeches at Cabot Hall.

In January 2001, Chris left Nottinghamshire Enterprises to join GlobalReach Technology Ltd, where they have been working ever since. In their current role as Group Chief Information Security Officer, they are responsible for the security of GlobalReach’s IT systems and data.

Some direct reports include Andrew Dykes - Head of Engineering, Johnathan Boyce - Head of Software & Platform Architecture, and Kate Cleevely - Director of Marketing.
