Dario Bak

Dario Bak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business strategy and sales leadership. Currently serving as Business Strategy VP at Globant since November 2020, Dario is responsible for developing and promoting a cohesive business strategy for the company's products and services. Prior to this role, Dario was the CEO and Founder of Xappia, a Salesforce Gold Partner, where remarkable growth was achieved with over 100% year-on-year. Dario's career also includes various positions at Business Vision S.A., including Professional Services Manager and Project Manager, as well as experience as a Full Stack Engineer at Epidata and a Software Developer at Telectronica. Dario holds a Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and a Project Manager Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, complemented by education in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Scalabl Academy.
