Sam Amirikia

Sam Amirikia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, capacity, and talent management. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Alliances at Globant since July 2024, Sam previously held the role of Chief Capacity Officer at Globant Commerce Studio from November 2022 to July 2024. Prior to that, Sam worked at eWave Commerce from May 2016 to June 2024, where roles included Chief Capacity Officer, Chief Talent Officer, Chief People Officer, and Director of Human Resources. Earlier experience includes positions as Senior IT Consultant at EDT Global and IT Consultant at Ambition, along with roles at Optus and Woolworths Group. Sam holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Marketing from TAFE NSW, completed between 2007 and 2008.
