Shantala Sadananda

Shantala Sadananda is the General Manager US East at Globant. Shantala has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on the Banking & Payments sector. Shantala has held various leadership positions at Hexaware Technologies, Mindcrest, Capgemini, and Reliance. Shantala has been responsible for P&L, managing and scaling Hexaware's BFS unit for strategic clients from sales to delivery. Shantala has also led key M&A strategies for Hexaware to leap frog in Credit Card Analytics as well as Digital Transformation areas. In their role as General Manager US East at Globant, Shantala is responsible for leading the company's US East operations and driving growth in the region.

Shantala Sadananda has a post-graduation in Operational Research & Management from University of Mumbai. Shantala also has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from SSGM College Of Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance & Business from Andhra University.
